Bayani International was established in Manila in the early 2000s by a team of recruitment professionals who saw a gap in the market — agencies that prioritized volume over compliance, and speed over the welfare of the workers they deployed.
We built our agency differently. From day one, we invested in rigorous candidate screening, transparent employment contracts, and post-deployment support systems that kept both workers and employers protected. That commitment earned us the trust of some of the region's most demanding employers.
